To help poor communities to overcome the effects of poverty
To promote active participation through training initiatives
To enhance the ability of rural women in entrepreneurial and social skills
To enhance the ability of disadvantaged rural communities to create their own better future
To help poor children with educational assistance
To create awareness on HIV/AIDS among FSWs, MSM and transgenders
To help HIV infected and affected women and children with counseling and livelihood assistance
To promote sustainable development among rural communities through positive attitude
To promote, strengthen the programmes and activities for improving the economical, educational social and cultural standards of the village women, children, girls and the small, marginal agricultural labours in the backward areas in particular
To provide safe drinking water and establishing toilet facilities in every family.
To work for the integrated development of rural people, physically handicapped, drop outs, bonded labours, economically and socially backward.
To safeguard environment by enhancing tree plantation, organic farming, biodiversity conservation and cleaning campaigns.
To diffuse useful knowledge regarding rural development promote village and rural industries and offering employment oriented training programmes to youth in rural areas.
To undertake and organize study lectures, meetings, conference, seminars, discussions and the like
To promote initiatives aiming to tackle discrimination and exploitations against women by strengthening self-confidence.
To promote unity and integrity in fulfillment of equal rights in regality.
To promote the organization of women, enabling them to express their own aims and objectives and to fight for them.
To engage in social service activities for improving the living conditions and general economic and social standard of poorest of the poor women, widow, HIV+ women, destitute, handicapped such as free loan project under agriculture, animal husbandry, cottage industries, adult education, general health and sanitation no using project system and community developmental activities.
To organize interest free small savings among the applicants in order that they may merit by their small savings towards self-contribution, interest free loan development projects with or without subsidy.
To establish schools, orphanages, medical centers, workshops, craft and technical schools wherever necessary in villages.
To step up and organize training centers for training and developing rural skills of artisans.
To offer medical aid to rural people of aged, orphan, abandoned, deserted and especially children and women.

FUTURE PLANS

Pre School for tribal and dalit community children.
SWEET has planned to construct a hospital for Eye Surgery.
We plan residential block with girls dormitory, boys dormitory, dining, kitchen, vocational training room, computer room, assembly hall and yoga centre etc.
We plan to construct a residential school to accommodate about 50 orphan children, children of HIV +ve children. one parent and borded labar parents, with all necessary facilities including playground, library, medical centre etc.
We also plan to impart to obtain government recognition to impart academic education up to standard twelve as well as vocational and job oriented education, so that these children can take suitable employment on completion of the course. This centre will support these children till they can stand on their own feet.

Organising coaching centers for poor students to face competitive examinations
Undertake programs for the construction of toilets, provision of safe drinking water in tribal and Dalit villages & Government Schools
Promotion of awareness on rain water harvesting, organic farming and trip eructation
To expand micro credit programs to poorest poor widows, physically challenged persons and HIV positive women.
Construction of hospital for HIV + people
Health and eye camp for school students and providing them with spectacles in our target areas.
Secured Shelters to all families in all targeted areas.
Echo-friendly Sanitary Facilities to all families / disabled in target areas.
Vocational Skill Training support to 10,000 rural adolescents and disabled.
Medical camp for animals and providing water and food for them.
